SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Most orders are sent through Canada Post, but I can make exceptions if you require a different service. if you do not see an option for delivery that works for your address, please reach out and I will do my best to find a method that works.

Items are carefully packaged and ship out in about 2 business days but it can take up to 5 business days to prepare an order. Please be patient and know that I am doing my best to provide prompt service in a way that supports both the customers and the HPS teams who works so hard. 

Updates are sent out as your order progresses from processing to shipped. You will receive confirmation of shipment with tracking as soon as becomes available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most items are final sale, with the exception of items that arrive damaged. I take great care to source items that are in new or very good condition and to represent items accurately. As a small business, care is put into each order and I encourage you to read the descriptions fully so you know exactly what you will be receiving. If for some reason however you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out and I will do what I can to help resolve the issue in a way that is favorable to us both. 

 All custom orders are absolutely non refundable as there will be communications and  confirmations before the creation process completes.
